No Show Policy

NO-SHOW POLICY 

At GOAT Barbers, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and appointments may occasionally need to be missed. However, as a busy barbershop, no-shows and late cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our service, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

  1. Appointment Confirmation

    • We kindly ask all clients to confirm their appointments in advance.

  2. Cancellation Notice

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to accommodate other clients.

  3. Late Arrivals

    • Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled and treated as a no-show. Please call ahead if you anticipate being delayed.

  4. Repeat No-Shows

    • Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments to secure their booking.

  5. Emergencies

    • We understand that emergencies happen. If an unavoidable circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
